Here are some stats on Ethan: At his two month check up which was almost a month ago, he weighed 14 lbs, 10 oz, and was about 23.5 inches long. He is in the 90-95th percentile for height/weight.
In a few days he will be 12 weeks old. He is wearing six month clothes, and size 3 diapers. The most he has ever slept at once is six hours. He is not consistent with this but most nights has at least one four hour stretch. He loves to suck on his hands especially when hungry. He can hold his head when you hold him. He can sometimes lift his head during tummy time, which he hates. He coos, smiles, and responds when you talk to him. He loves his daddy. Steve can almost always get him to burp, go to sleep, or smile.
n January the Lord provided for us financially and I am able to stay home with Ethan full time. I love being Ethan's mom and taking care of our home.
I love seeing the pics you post on facebook, Jen. I remember when you were in middle school and weren't too sure about having kids. Then you babysat Allison and Brandon and you told me it was the first time you ever thought it might be fun to be a mom. Well, as you know, Allison is afraid of babies, but for some reason whenever I show her a picture of Ethan she says what a good looking kid he is...who knows, maybe she'll even consider holding him next time :) Maybe you boy will cure Allison of her baby-uncertainty.
